Compensation

A Jew and His Money (AJAHM) is an Internet media company, and the owner and operator of this web site.  AJAHM generates revenues from subscribers.  AJAHM does not generate revenue from the sale of advertising or the sale or rental of its email and postal database, though it reserves the right to do so in the future with appropriate notice.

AJAHM provides independent newsletter services, and we do not receive compensation in exchange for coverage of publicly traded companies within our paid subscription investment newsletters.

Disclosure

Our disclosure policy is designed to keep you aware of any securities owned directly or indirectly by employees or contributors to this website, A Jew and His Money (AJAHM), and discussed on the site.

When that occurs, the position in question will be disclosed at the bottom of the letter in which the security is discussed.

Trading Restrictions

  1. Any security covered in a letter on the AJAHM website is restricted from trade by any employee or contributor to the website for two trading days following the publication of the letter.
  2. All employees and contributors are required to disclose ownership of such restricted securities immediately upon publication of said letter.
  3. AJAHM will not publish any report or letter discussing a security owned by an employee or contributor until at least five trading days have passed from the date of the most recent transaction in that security, and ownership of the security will be disclosed forthwith.
  4. Disclosing upcoming letter recommendations to non-employees in an effort to front-run a trade is strictly forbidden, as is the use of third parties to circumvent any of AJAHM’s policies.
